Job description
Signature HealthCARE of Portland Rehab & Wellness Center in Portland, TN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. We provide long-term care and rehab-to-home services focused on dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and related disorders in a mission-driven environment.
You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model alongside other clinicians to help residents recover and return to the activities they enjoy.
