nJob Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (Feeding Experience would be a plus ) Location: Richardson Texas - A Therapy Connection - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Position Type: Full-Time
nAbout Us: We are a dynamic pediatric outpatient facility dedicated to providing comprehensive, family centered care to children of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team supports children with a wide range of communication, developmental, and feeding needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
nPosition Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our full-time team. The ideal candidate has experience working in pediatric settings, with feeding and swallowing experience strongly preferred but not required. This clinician will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
nResponsibilities
nConduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans
nProvide evidence-based therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, pragmatic language deficits, and feeding/swallowing disorders
nEducate and collaborate with families and caregivers
nMaintain timely documentation and progress reports
nCollaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other professionals as needed
nParticipate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
nQualifications
nMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
nCurrent Texas state licensure
nCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
nExperience in pediatrics required
nFeeding and swallowing experience preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
