About the Role:
nTherapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language therapy services. SLP's needing CF are welcome to apply.
nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
nMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers
nProvide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home strategies
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
nParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
nRequirements:
nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
nCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
nActive or eligible South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
nExperience with a diverse patient population across various age groups preferred
nStrong knowledge of AAC, dysphagia management, and language/articulation disorders
nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
nCompassionate, patient-centered approach to care
