Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver skilled therapy at patients' homes, under physician supervision. The role includes evaluating language, speech, and swallowing disorders and coordinating care across settings.
The successful candidate will be licensed as an SLP in the hiring state, own a valid driver's license, and maintain reliable transportation to visit multiple patient sites and adjust plans as needed.
