Job description
Looking for a meaningful role where your work truly matters. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a full-time, permanent position supporting public schools in Eufaula, OK. You will help students overcome speech and language challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential in the classroom and school environment. This role may include minimal Home Health coverage and offers flexible scheduling during the school year.
What You'll Need
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA where applicable.
Current Oklahoma state license in good standing or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
Educator's license or eligibility for an educator credential in Oklahoma.
Experience in school-based practice preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience working with pediatric populations and conducting school-based assessments and IEP development.
Ability to maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
Minimum Requirements (Client-Specific) School-based experience preferred; new graduates considered.
Availability for a full-time school-year schedule (~35 hours weekly) with possible year-round Home Health coverage if desired.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an Oklahoma Educator's License or equivalent credential required by the district.
Current state license in good standing or clear pathway to licensure in Oklahoma.
What You'll Do: Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver goal-aligned therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, school administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain timely and compliant documentation and progress reporting per district, state, and federal requirements.
Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as required by the district.
Compensation & Structure Full-time hourly position during the school year with approximately 35 hours per week, with an option for additional Home Health coverage year-round if desired.
An exempt salaried option with 12-month pay spread is available for candidates who prefer salaried structure aligned with a school calendar.
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Incentives, including sign-on bonuses, may be considered for qualified candidates.
