Exciting Opportunity in the Longview, WA area: Full-time Early Intervention Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP
PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric SLP ($55 - $62 an hour) in the Longview, WA area.
Qualifications: Appropriate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington State license
Pediatric experience needed
Position Details: Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: pediatric/early intervention
In-person only
Early Intervention- Birth-3 yrs. old., majority of caseload is in home and community settings (preschools, daycares, etc.)
Key Responsibilities: Conducting evaluations to assess each child's unique communication strengths and weaknesses.
Creating plans that implement measurable, achievable, and functional goals.
Offering treatment to enhance communication abilities through various approaches.
Working in a comprehensive care team to address a child's specific needs.
Informing parents and families about available treatment options and the importance of early intervention.
