Job description:
Title: Speech Language Pathologist (2026 - 2027 school year)
Location: McDonough, GA
Hours: 8:00am-3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: $45/hr+
Environment: We are in need of multiple speech language pathologists serving students in all grade levels.
Job Description: We are looking for passionate special language pathologists for a full-time position around the McDonough area who can start asap and provide support for the school year. You will be responsible for the following:
Provide direct services in language development/articulation for students identified as having a speech-language impairment.
Provide screening and diagnostic services for students referred for assessment/evaluation.
Provide interpretation of results of screenings/diagnostic assessments to the IEP or evaluation team.
Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans for special education students with SL goals.
Report progress to parents as required.
Collaborate with general and special education staff regarding academic skills and needs.
Communicate with parents and colleagues effectively.
Grades vary from elementary to high school level
Qualifications:
Must:
GA Speech Pathology certification/endorsement
Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
Experience with school children preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience
