TactStaff EDU is hiring multiple full-time School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the school year in Rainier, Washington. We have onsite openings supporting K-12 students and adult transition programs, with placement options based on your experience and preference.

Position Details
Location: Rainier, Washington
School Year: 9/9/2026 - 6/16/2027
Full-time, onsite only
Multiple openings available
K-12 and Adult Transition caseload options
Competitive W2 hourly pay: $60-$65/hour DOE
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services in school settings
Conduct speech evaluations and complete documentation
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic language, AAC, and social communication needs
Maintain compliant documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Washington SLP license required
ESA certification or ability to obtain
CCC-SLP preferred
Prior school-based experience preferred
Must be able to work onsite full-time
