Job description
Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists based in the area of Frederick, MD! Soliant is working with a local school district and seeking a contract SLP for the current school year.
Caseload numbers are very moderate (45-55 students), and the position is full-time (school hours are 8 AM to 3 PM).
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly, W2 pay of $45 to $50/hr
Employer matched contribution to the Ohio Teacher's pension fund
Health, vision and dental insurance
Requirements: Maryland SLP license
1+ years of experience in school settings strongly preferred
As a school-based SLP, you will: Assess students on their speech and language needs.
Participate in eligibility meetings
Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students
Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.

Up-to-date knowledge of Maryland Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
