Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time position includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. NYS licensure required; SNF experience preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply.
