Weare seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-LanguagePathologistto join a Skilled Nursing Facility inMerced, California.Thisrole focuses on working with an adult and geriatricpopulation,helping patients recover from stroke, neurologicalconditions, andother medical issues affecting communicationand swallowing. Youwill play a key role in improving patients'quality of life bydelivering individualized therapy plans thatsupport functionalcommunication and safe swallowing. If youare passionate aboutrehabilitation and patient-centered care,this is an excellentopportunity for professional growth andmeaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities:

•Evaluate,diagnose, and treatspeech, language, communication, cognitive,and swallowing disordersin patients

•Develop andimplement individualized treatmentplans based on patient needsand clinical findings

•Providetherapy focused on speech,cognition, and dysphagia management

•Monitor patientprogress and adjust treatment plans as needed

•Educatepatients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques andsafety strategies

•Maintain accurate and timely documentationin compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Requirements

•Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist inCalifornia

•Current BLS/CPR certification

•Minimum of 6months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 yearspreferred

•Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility orgeriatric setting is a plus

•Strong clinical andcommunication skills
