Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Baltimore Washington | Glen Burnie, MD
$43-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Baltimore Washington. This opportunity offers the chance to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
Provide skilled interventions focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing function
Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team

Qualifications
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
