Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation | Whitinsville, MA
$44–$48/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll support residents in a skilled nursing setting with care that helps them express their needs, use cognitive strategies, and manage swallowing difficulties.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing function
Establish individualized goals and provide treatment based on residents' needs
Teach communication and memory strategies that support daily routines
Coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and the care team
Reassess progress and maintain timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
