Job description

Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current or pending Tennessee state licensure (or eligibility)
SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials; new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Passion for working with adolescent populations in educational settings
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to middle and high school students with a variety of speech and language needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Maintain thorough, compliant documentation related to evaluations, progress, and therapy sessions
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
