Position Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to return patients to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility. The therapist facilitates patient, physician, and therapy goals, and instructs patients in maintaining function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification.
Education and Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
Basic computer skills; ability to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record systems.
Shifts & Wages
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities.
Day shifts.
Wage based on experience.
Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for full‑time employees paid quarterly.
