Compensation & Benefits
Estimated rate range. ≈$35-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
CurrentTX SLP license (or eligibility)
CCC-SLP preferred , but CFs will be considered when supervision is available
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
