Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

$43-46/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while treating residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Position Responsibilities
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure required
CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
