Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / CFY – Full-Time

Laurel, MD
SLP: $45–$48/hour
CFY: $35/hour with opportunities for salary increases after 9 months
Autumn Lake @ Patuxent River is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a collaborative care environment.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
Work closely with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families
Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor resident progress
