Job Duties
nProvide speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment for pediatric clients in a clinic setting
nDevelop and implement treatment plans that support functional communication and developmental goals
nComplete timely documentation, progress notes, and required reports
nCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
nSupervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFYs), including guidance on clinical skills, documentation, and professional development
nAssist in supporting clinical quality, consistency of care, and team collaboration within the speech department
nParticipate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing clinic initiatives
nMaintain compliance with ethical, state, payer, and organizational standards
nMinimum Education Required
nMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
nActive Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain (Required)
nCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred for CFY supervision (Preferred)
nMinimum Experience Required
nExperience providing pediatric speech and language therapy (Preferred)
nExperience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and/or early childhood populations (Preferred)
nExperience supervising, mentoring, or supporting Clinical Fellows or graduate students (Preferred)
nExperience with multidisciplinary collaboration (Preferred)
nExperience with electronic documentation systems (Preferred)
