What you'll need:
Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
Understanding of IEP process and special education regulations
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills
Adaptability to various caseloads and learning environments
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
Delivering direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
Consulting and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
Participating in IEP meetings and providing timely, accurate progress reports
Managing caseload documentation and compliance with district/state guidelines
Supporting students across multiple classrooms or school sites as needed
