n nResponsibilities
nOur Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologists provide and direct speech therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
nnnProvides occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three.
n
nnPerforms evaluations and assessments and makes updates to the IFSP.
n
nnEstablishes treatment schedule and delivers services as mandated in the IFSP.
n
nnParticipates in family and caregiver education.
n
n nQualifications
nnnThey must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
n
nnThey must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or ASHA clinical fellowship (CF status).
n
nnThe Speech Language Pathologist must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.
n
nnEarly Intervention Temporary or Full Credential.
n
nnEffective written and verbal communication skills.
n
nnEffective leadership and customer relationship skills.
n
nnAbility to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems.
n
nnTreats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect.
n
nnProven track record with high volume workloads.
n
n nPosted Salary Range
nUSD $52.00 - USD $56.00 /Hr.
