Responsibilities
Our Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologists provide and direct speech therapy services to children aged birth to three, including:
Assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
Occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three
Evaluations and assessments and updates to the IFSP
Establishment of treatment schedule and delivery of services as mandated in the IFSP
Participation in family and caregiver education
Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area
A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow
Licensing, certification, or credentialing as required in the state of practice
Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
Dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect for all clients
Proven track record with high volume workloads
Posted Salary Range USD $52.00 - USD $56.00/Hr. Bonus USD $3,000.00
