Job description
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across the care continuum. You develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, document evaluations and progress, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and prepare safe discharges with home programs and community referrals. The role also includes maintaining productivity standards, ensuring safety and infection control, and supporting students or assistive personnel as appropriate.
