Job description
Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive rehabilitation environment within a nursing home setting.
Responsibilities Include
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Providing therapy using progressive modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
Ensuring a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Licensed in the state of practice with a minimum of 3 C's.
Preferred experience in rehab SNF settings, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
This role is not suitable for CFY candidates.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt treatment plans to individual needs.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Must pass background checks and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.
