School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | CFs
At Ascend Rehab Services, our mission is simple—grow, learn, and develop alongside the children and families we serve. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the Discovery Bay area. Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)
