About the Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation), you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient recovery, independence, and overall well-being. Your expertise will be essential in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their confidence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and/or swallowing disorders
Diagnose and treat patients with varying levels of complexity, including those with cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
