Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Highland, Indiana and Homewood, IL Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Pediatric Clinic & School-Based Therapy Pay Range: $70,000–$90,000 per year
We're looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who wants the opportunity to work across both school-based and clinic settings. This role offers the flexibility to build a caseload around the needs of your clients while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services in clinic and/or school-based settings.
Support client progress through individualized and engaging treatment approaches.
Supervise CFY providers when applicable to support continuity of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support positive client outcomes.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals involved in each child's care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What You Bring
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement through ISBE, or willingness to obtain.
1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for working with the pediatric population.
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Strong interest in helping children reach their communication and developmental goals.
Salary & Benefits
$70,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
