This position specifically seeks candidates holding both state licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is highly desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Ability to independently manage caseload and prepare IEPs
Flexibility to work within a team-both independently and alongside other professionals
Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication needs
Evaluate student progress, conduct assessments, and participate in eligibility meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
Develop and update IEPs, monitoring student progress and goals
Support students across a variety of settings, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
