Requirements & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid SLP-CCC certification required
Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with enthusiasm and care
California state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
Deliver effective therapy sessions to students across all grade levels (K-12), both individually and in groups
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote positive student outcomes
Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and meetings
Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs throughout the school year
