What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active or pending state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to the assignment)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience working in school settings is preferred
Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities: Administer assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state requirements
Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
