Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience working in school settings, preferably K-12
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, students, and families
Commitment to supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities: Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students across grade levels
Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in line with district and state requirements
Offer guidance and training to teachers and families regarding speech-language needs
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and collaborative planning with school professionals
