Job description

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though clinical fellows (CFs) are considered
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress effectively
Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions-both individually and in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
Provide staff and family education as needed
