Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Conroe, TX

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines
Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students specific needs, both individually and in groups
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students communicative and academic development
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
