Job description

This on-site position offers impactful work with a smaller caseload, allowing you to deliver personalized and effective therapy to K-12 students in an engaging school environment. Dedicate your skills over 37.5 hours each week, collaborating with an experienced educational team to foster academic and social growth in young learners.
Qualifications/Desired Skills:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Ability to work with diverse student populations, adapting therapy plans as needed
Proficient in conducting assessments and creating individualized education programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with varying needs
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student evaluations and IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support student progress
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with school and state standards
Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student success
Monitor, review, and adjust interventions regularly to ensure student growth
