Job description
Step into a rewarding contract role providing speech-language services to preschool students ages 3–5 at a welcoming school site. This position is ideal for dedicated clinicians eager to make a meaningful impact as soon as possible. You’ll play a vital role in supporting communication development for a caseload of approximately 30–35 students.
As part of the team, you’ll deliver direct, in-person therapy and comprehensive evaluations each week. Collaborate with staff and families to tailor engaging, age-appropriate interventions, and contribute your expertise to create success stories for young learners.
What we’re seeking:
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
Experience in school‑based settings and familiarity with preschool populations preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individualized and group speech‑language therapy to preschool students.
Conducting speech and language evaluations.
Developing and updating IEP goals collaboratively with educators and families.
Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise on best practices.
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.
