Job description
Step into a rewarding part-time role as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting elementary students across a full academic year. This contract position offers you the chance to work closely with talented educators and help children develop essential communication skills.

As a valued member of the special services team, you'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related-service professionals to deliver high-quality support for students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments for elementary students
Provide targeted speech and language therapy aligned with individual needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and comply with reporting requirements
Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional input on student progress
