Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility)
Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective support
Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports
Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and professional development as needed
