Job Description
Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support IEP development and progress tracking
Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to classroom and remote learning environments as needed
Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success beyond therapy sessions
