Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Experience in school-based and/or healthcare settings serving pediatric populations
Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
Exceptional teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students of varying ability levels
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology for teletherapy when needed
Participate in IEP meetings, provide thorough documentation, and monitor progress
Offer support, resources, and consultation to school staff and families
