Qualifications and Desired Skills
Active Colorado SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and educational documentation
Role Responsibilities
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8 students
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
Coordinate with teachers and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and goal planning
Engage in proactive problem-solving and foster a positive, inclusive therapy space
