An in-home services company is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to adult patients throughout the Los Angeles area. This flexible per diem contractor role is ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy and supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home speech therapy to adult patients
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP preferred
Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
