Qualifications:
Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire
Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to multiple grade levels and a dynamic school setting
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and evaluations
Provide consultation and support to educators on integrating communication goals into the classroom
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on student progress and goals
Stay current with best practices and state/federal regulations in school-based speech therapy
