Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments
Provide direct therapy services, working closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
Serve as a resource regarding communication disorders to school staff and parents
Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Adapt strategies and materials to meet the unique needs of each student
Additional Details: Full-time assignment, aligned with the school calendar (NSY)
Open to SLPs seeking short-term EOSY coverage
