Job description
Make a difference providing speech-language pathology services to K-4th grade students through in-home visits in the Buffalo, NY area. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students' communication needs in a one-on-one setting, ensuring individualized progress and growth through seven weekly sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New York State
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially elementary students (K-4th), highly desired
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel for in-home visits with reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities: Conduct seven in-home speech therapy sessions each week with K-4th grade students
Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to each child's unique speech and language goals
Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with families and school professionals on strategies and outcomes
Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to foster academic and social success
Comply with federal, state, and district guidelines regarding speech and language therapy
