Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid California SLP license (or eligibility) required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY applicants with strong references encouraged
Previous experience working in school settings preferred
Demonstrated skill in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy plans
Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
Develop, track, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine needs and monitor growth
Document sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for team-based goal planning
