Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Valid state SLP license
Experience or strong interest in working with early elementary-age students (PreK-2nd)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Comfortable developing and executing IEPs, conducting assessments, and maintaining documentation
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of PreK-2nd grade students
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
Monitor student progress and adapt therapy as needed to support achievement
Maintain compliant records and reports in line with school and district requirements
Educate caregivers and school staff about strategies to support student communication needs
