This position is open to accomplished professionals as well as enthusiastic new graduates ready for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You'll provide assessment, intervention, and support to students with diverse speech and language needs, making a difference every day.
Qualifications:
Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
Knowledge of IEP process and data-driven intervention strategies
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech/language assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other disciplines to foster student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Provide direct and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
