Job description

Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
Experience working in school settings, supporting children with varied speech and language needs
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
Detail-oriented, flexible, and compassionate approach to each student's journey
Responsibilities: Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and deliver tailored intervention strategies in both individual and group settings
Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation for student progress and therapy sessions
Work collaboratively with educators and families to support each child's educational plan
Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for student goals
Stay current with educational and therapeutic best practices to continuously enhance your service
