Ability to develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify communication challenges among students
Developing and executing evidence-based intervention strategies
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in IEP meetings
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress records
Providing support and resources to teachers and families to encourage student progress
