Job description
Step into an impactful, in-person opportunity supporting the communication needs of students in a vibrant school community near Port Orchard, WA. We’re seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services across elementary and high school settings on a contract basis, with roles available immediately through June 17, 2027. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, making this a great chance to tailor your work-life balance while making a difference.
Openings include two full-time (37.5 hours/week) positions and one part-time role (4 days/week), all providing the chance to help students thrive academically and socially through vital speech-language interventions.
Qualifications
Valid Washington State SLP license
ESA certification required
SLP-CCC credential preferred
Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
Prior school-based experience highly desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech-language therapy in compliance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech-language services
Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress
Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document services, assessments, and progress according to school policies
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
This is a strictly in-person position, serving either elementary or high school students, and represents a rewarding opportunity to grow your expertise within a supportive educational environment.
